EvolvingDefinition
Section titled “Definition”An Arcanopolis is the highest form of settlement in magical society, functioning as a borderless autonomous city-state. Each city-state has democratic self-governance while remaining bound by the Aether Concordat. Any organization or individual that violates or attempts to forcibly alter the Concordat’s core provisions risks soul conflagration.
The magical world has no national boundaries. City-states are linked through shared aetheric resonance, and citizenship is determined by racial soul imprint rather than bloodline or birthplace. This creates a cross-racial covenant society.
There are seven arcanopolises worldwide, each corresponding to a broad region of the human world. Satellite cities, research stations, coastal towns, academy outposts, and similar subordinate areas should be organized under their parent arcanopolis.
Record Status

Thalassora is a satellite city in Eureka’s eastern sea region, so it belongs under Eureka rather than alongside the seven arcanopolises.
Needs Expansion
Aesthrelia, Yunxia Sanctum, and other regional arcanopolises currently keep only placeholder entries.

Europe and the Atlantic, South America and Africa, Northern Asia and the Arctic Circle, and the unknown seventh city remain concept placeholders.
